John is a co-founder of Klepper Pty Ltd and the current Chairman of the Board. Klepper was established in 1984 and is a wholly owned Australian SME employing primarily former Defence personnel. John completed 26 years of Full-Time service in the Australian Army departing in 2006 as the Director of Combat Development Future Land Warfare. John also completed 13 years of Part-Time service. John’s business acumen comes from senior roles with General Dynamics, BAE Systems Australia, CAE Asia Pacific where he was responsible for winning business throughout the ASEAN member states. John was also a co-owner of and Executive Director of Petir Management Services based in Brunei. John also leads the Klepper Pty Ltd Philanthropic line and is an Ambassador for both the Commando Welfare Trust, and Whiskeys Wish.

Bryce joined Klepper as its Head of Defence and National Security following a career as a Military Officer in the Australian Army. Resultant from performance in growing the company and leading the acquisition of the Registered Training Organisation line of business, Bryce was appointed into the role of General Manager. Bryce is a technically qualified individual with a passion for Capability Management across all Defence domains. Bryce is enthusiastic about enhancing the capabilities of Defence, and advancing Australia in general.

Robert is a logistician, technologist and modernisation specialist. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Science in the UK, a certified Capability & Technology Manager in Australia and has verifiable competencies across a broad range of technologies, governmental capability development, acquisition and sustainment processes. Until Mid-2015 he was the lead for an Army Modernisation Line of Effort (Logistic Support to the Force).

Greg is a unique individual. He has had a very successful Military career over 25 years in the Australian Defence (ADF) as an Army Officer, followed by a successful career in management consultancy and an extensive career at the Senior levels of the Australian Public Service (APS). Now firmly embedded back in Industry Greg brings a holistic view of not only the end user but also Government as well as the key drivers within Industry to the table.  This experience provides a balanced view across key stakeholders and allows Greg to talk with authority considering each stakeholder’s perspective.  Greg is driven to succeed and has the intelligence and common sense to identify both opportunities and threats across the business. He has well established and effective networks across Government agencies and can be relied upon to deliver strategic outcomes.
