Engineering
Klepper engineers will translate customer needs into a design of a system (requirements) and its elements that will deliver the required outcome for the customer. Key considerations will be how the system will interact with its environment; i.e. the customer, users and other systems; and the need to provide a solution balanced between performance and cost.

Delivering Superior Outcomes
Customer
Focus
Working with their customer Klepper staff will focus on fully defining the customer’s needs and requirements. Klepper staff consider both the technical and business needs of its customers in developing the solution to ensure that a quality outcome, which meets the customers needs, is achieved. When defining and developing solutions Klepper staff will continually explore opportunities with the Customer with the intent of evolving solutions that exceed Customers requirements, but still meet the total cost of ownership requirements.
Future
Ready
If future systems are to effectively add value they will need to respond to an ever expanding and varied range of requirements. Klepper Engineers understand that whilst systems still have their own lifecycles and need to continue to meet individual Customers’ requirements, the systems will need to form part of larger strategic enterprise wide systems. Klepper Engineers are able to support Customers in harnessing the steadily increasing range of innovations to ensure future systems are sustainable, efficient, agile and aligned with individual and corporate needs.
Leadership and Management
Klepper staff understand the need for competent business management and/or administrative functions to provide a solid foundation that allows an effective engineering environment to exist. In providing the leadership and management of the system engineering lifecycle; from early concept, through implementation, operation and finally disposal; Klepper personnel will support the Customers organisation in the effective management of their business.
More than Physical Systems
Systems Engineering skills are relevant to a very broad range of fields. Klepper personnel are able to apply the ‘Systems Thinking’ approach to a wide variety of domains, e.g. supporting policy development and analysis of environmental demands. Klepper personnel support collaboration across organisational boundaries to ensure that the most effective solutions are implemented.
