Its workforce consists of 99% former Defence personnel with the final 1% being defence family members. It has a proud and rich heritage with Defence and has made a commitment to support them post service well beyond simple employment opportunities. Many Defence families carry service related challenges into their civilian life and some struggle to make the transition.
